Executive Director
Afua is the Executive Director of DreamOval Foundation, leveraging her experience as a corporate lawyer to drive strategic growth. With over eight years of experience advising nonprofits and investors, she has been instrumental in shaping the foundation’s direction.
She specializes in developing fundraising strategies, fostering stakeholder partnerships, and designing operational policies to enhance organizational growth. Afua is passionate about education and children’s welfare.
She holds graduate degrees from Cornell University and Stanford University School of Law, a professional certificate from the Ghana School of Law, and is licensed to practice law in Ghana, California, and Washington, D.C.
Chief Finance Advisor
Patricia Ntow is a tax and finance professional with ten years of experience in Ghanaian and UK tax laws. Since 2022, she has served as Chief Finance Advisor at DreamOval Foundation, where she drives financial strategy, optimizes resource allocation, and ensures regulatory compliance.
Working closely with the Executive Director, Patricia provides crucial insights for aligning financial decisions with the foundation’s mission. Her responsibilities include budget planning, financial forecasting, and overseeing HR activities to support organizational growth.
A member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana, she holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting and an MBA in Taxation, playing a key role in advancing the foundation’s STEM initiatives and community development programs.
Programs Lead
Keren Beecham is the Programs Lead at DreamOval Foundation, where she leads initiatives that empower students and educators in technology, innovation, and leadership.
Since joining in 2014, she has significantly shaped programs like iTeach, DOTTS, Junior Academy, Code Fair, Hacklab, FemITI, Africa Code Week, and the Africa Code Challenge. Currently, she oversees GSTEP and WEITech, focusing on strategic planning and effective program delivery.
Keren is dedicated to creating transformative learning experiences for the next generation.
Programs Coordination Lead
Mina Asabea is an experienced Programs Coordinator at DreamOval Foundation, with over a decade in nonprofit program management and stakeholder engagement. Since joining in 2014, she has been instrumental in implementing key initiatives like Africa Code Week and Females in Tech, focused on enhancing technological knowledge.
Currently, she oversees the coordination of GSTEP and WEITech Programs, managing logistics and stakeholder collaboration to align efforts with the foundation’s mission of empowering communities through STEM education. Mina’s expertise has significantly strengthened the foundation’s ability to create impactful change and expand STEM opportunities.
STEM Lead
Araba is a project management professional with a strong background in technology, education, and leadership. As the STEM Lead at DreamOval Foundation since 2022, she plays a pivotal role in providing strategic, technical, and operational direction to ensure program success. Her expertise spans programme management, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance, ensuring that the Foundation’s initiatives align with best practices in STEM education.
With over a decade of experience in project leadership, operations, and nonprofit management, Araba has successfully led cross-functional teams, developed educational programs, and driven initiatives that create sustainable impact.
Araba holds a Master of Business Administration from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Ashesi University. She is a member of the Project Management Institute and a certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM I).
Passionate about education, mentorship, and technology, Araba is committed to empowering young minds and strengthening the STEM ecosystem in Ghana.
Communications Lead
Jacqueline Johnson Quaye is a communications professional with over six years of experience in public relations, media, and marketing communications.
She joined the DOF team in 2024 and leads our branding, marketing and communications efforts to drive our impact narrative.
Her passion lies in leading the foundation to enhance our reputation through a blend of traditional and digital strategies.
Jacqueline is a member of the Institute of Public Relations Ghana and an Executive Committee member of Women in PR Ghana, where she serves as Assistant Communications Coordinator.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and has acquired specialized certifications in Digital Marketing, Fact-checking, Copywriting, and ESG Reporting.
Sharon Monique Mensah is a committed Human Resources and Administrative Assistant at the DreamOval Foundation, where she has served since 2024. In her role, she supports the creation of a productive and positive workplace culture while ensuring the smooth execution of HR and administrative operations.
Sharon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and a Diploma in Secretarial and Management, combining strong communication abilities with solid administrative expertise.
She is known for her attention to detail, collaborative spirit, and dedication to excellence. Her values align with the Foundation’s mission to drive meaningful and lasting change in communities through innovation, education, and technology.
Franklina Gador is a Programs Coordination Assistant at the DreamOval Foundation, where she plays a vital role in the planning, coordination, and execution of the Foundation’s programs and initiatives.
She joined DreamOval Foundation in 2021 as a National Service Personnel and transitioned from Administrative Assistant to her current role. Her earlier experience includes working as a Finance Intern at Direct Savings and Loans, where she supported financial record-keeping and data entry.
Franklina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Information Studies from the University of Ghana. She is currently pursuing certification in Program Management to further strengthen her expertise in the field.
Office Assistant
Margaret Odai is the Office Assistant at DreamOval Foundation, providing essential day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of the office.
With a strong work ethic and attention to detail, she contributes to creating a clean, organised, and efficient work environment while supporting the wider team in carrying out the Foundation’s mission.
