DreamOval Foundation is proud to be a founding member of the newly launched Ghana Alliance—a coalition of 12 organizations committed to advancing meaningful youth participation, youth agency, and advocacy across Ghana.

At the inaugural Ghana Alliance Summit held in June, we joined hands with fellow Alliance members to pledge our collective commitment to amplifying youth voices, promoting agency, and ensuring that every young person has the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to their communities and beyond.

As an organization that has long championed youth development, we believe this Alliance marks a significant step forward. Young people are not just the leaders of tomorrow—they are the change-makers of today. They deserve authentic, practical platforms where their ideas, experiences, and leadership can flourish and make a tangible impact.

Through the Ghana Alliance, we are moving beyond symbolic inclusion to embrace transformative participation. This means creating real opportunities for young people to shape policies, lead innovations, and spearhead advocacy efforts that address some of Ghana’s most urgent challenges.

This Alliance is not just about working with youth but also enabling them to lead and creating environments where their voices are central to decision-making and where their leadership drives long-term, sustainable change.

We are excited about the journey ahead and what it represents for youth development in Ghana. As DreamOval Foundation, we remain deeply committed to walking this path with our Alliance partners and, most importantly, with the young people whose future we are all working to support.
